I bought this for my wife as she was having trouble with her other Acer, and Acer told me it would cost $199+ s/h to "fix". After I got this one, my son "fixed" hers, only overloaded from all of the games that she plays with her friends on the Internet; so now, he has her old one and my wife has the new one. My only complaint with this one, is the lack of memory cards that can be used on it compared to the original. +JMJ+ P.S.: I forgot to mention the very speedy service from SAS Global Trading: It took only one day for me to get this and it came in perfect condition. They should get more than 5-stars.
