So glad Sony decided to crank out these 16 inch laptops. Purchased 2 for the office. Really fast !. I had a 16 inch HP a year ago and sent it back to Amazon.
The fan was so loud and you couldn't put your hand near it. This Vaio runs very cool considering its size and the fan isn't constantly whirring.
The 2nd Gen i7 is probably part of the reason.
Wish Sony would do an aluminum version of this because the black plastic does tend to show scratches & fingerprints.
A phenomenal value and a great laptop. You can never go wrong with Sony.
